Servio respects your right to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request account deletion
Use the form below to send a request that will be reviewed manually by the Servio team.
Data that will be deleted
After identity verification, Servio will delete, when applicable:
- User account
- Login credentials
- Access permissions
- Personal information associated with the account
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained when required by applicable law, including:
- Accounting records
- Tax records
- Security logs required for fraud prevention or legal compliance
These records are retained only for the legally required retention period and are deleted afterward.
Processing time
Deletion requests are generally processed within a few business days after identity verification.
